Allergy Free Dining

A restaurant in France is providing an allergen free menu. People with food allergies experience many inconveniences when dining out. In order to ensure that they are not at risk the restaurant offers data sheets that display all of the ingredients in their food. The restaurant called “Mon Historie dans l’assiette” has a menu that is organically grown and free from the top 11 most common food allergies. The 11 ingredients the food is free from are gluten, eggs, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard, shell fish, celery, sesame, and lupine. The menu changes frequently and with the seasons to ensure customers get a wide variety of options. The staff is well trained in nutrition and allergy control so if the customer has a question or concerns the staff will be able to help. This unique restaurant prides itself on creative cuisine that is healthy, full of flavor, and can be enjoyed by anyone.
